6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our platform or other users. This includes violations of data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, or KVKK. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York. Additionally, we are fully committed to upholding the data protection principles set forth in GDPR, CCPA, and KVKK, and any disputes regarding data privacy shall be handled in accordance with the applicable regulatory frameworks.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our platform prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
